RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To obtain the rental and delivery of an Ebike bicycle, the User must present a valid identity document and a NON-rechargeable credit card to which a pre-authorization will be performed without charge to guarantee the deposit for the use of the bicycle for an amount of € 100.00 for each vehicle rented; this amount will be released after checking the state of use of the vehicle upon return of the same. The User must pay the relative payment from the moment the rental begins until he shows up to close the rental agreement. The redelivery tolerance for the established time is 5 minutes. After this time, an additional amount will be charged.

2. The User and the Manager, upon delivery of the bicycle, will check the functional status of the bicycle.

3. The User must use the bicycle in such a way as to avoid damage, both to it and to its accessories (baskets, seats, stands, etc.) as well as full responsibility whenever the bicycle is left unattended.

4. The Manager will require the User to pay the damages and/or breakages caused or suffered to the bicycle;

5. The Manager can carry out checks on users while the bicycles are being used and request their immediate return if the conditions of improper use of the vehicle are recognized.

6. If the Manager finds a bicycle deemed abandoned or totally unattended, and in any case not returned after the deadline agreed at the time of rental without any notice, he can collect it even if closed with locking systems.

7. The User is responsible for damage caused to himself, to the bicycle, to third parties and things during the use of the vehicle. No form of compensation may be requested from the Manager. During the use of the bicycle, the User does not enjoy any form of insurance nor is the bicycle covered by insurance. The User is required to comply with the Rules of the Highway Code. The Manager declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the vehicle or failure to comply with the rules of the Highway Code.

8. In the event of theft of the bicycle, the User must present the Operator with a copy of the theft report presented to the competent judicial offices and pay the sum corresponding to the current value of the official price list of the vehicle as a security.

9. Failure to return the bicycle without prior notice, and motivated by exceptional cases, will be considered as theft and embezzlement and therefore reported to the Judicial Authority.

10. The Manager may refuse to rent a bicycle to people who are drunk or under the influence of drugs (in accordance with articles 186-187 of the Highway Code) or for other reasons at the discretion of the Manager.

11. The signing of the rental by the User presupposes the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these regulations, the rates, the opening and closing times of the rental service declaring the full physical faculty of using the vehicle

12. Daily rental is intended exclusively from 9.00 to 19.00 on the same day and not for 24 hours. In case of rental for several days, they will be counted from the day of collection until the day of return.
